Response to Return Request
There are no cracks, defects, or damage on the product. The buyer personally picked up the item this morning, inspected it before loading it into the vehicle, and confirmed its condition. I also have photos proving that the product was in good condition at the time of delivery.
Additionally, security camera footage is available and can be reviewed as evidence.
Therefore, I do not accept the return request. If needed, I can provide the related images and video.

What sort of return has buyer opened, not as described or change of mind.?
If not as described, it is recommended to accept return and provide a return label.
Relying on ebay to accept any evidence is risky as they usually favour the buyer, in which case if they have to refund, then you will get a damaging defect on your account, which as you are a new seller with few feedback could put you below standard, with restrictions on selling.

It sounds as if your buyer has had another, closer look and found some fault with the item.
Your choices are limited - you do not have the option to refuse the return.
You should accept the return and arrange with the buyer to collect the item - it is up to you to arrange for it to be returned.
If you don't do anything by the time given in the email about the case and the buyer asks Ebay to step in, Ebay will refund the buyer from your funds and tell them they can keep the item.
Communicate with the buyer. Establish what the issue is and maybe offer them a partial refund.
Edit
To add to the bad news, you won't be able to argue this with Ebay as you listed the item as 'New/other' which means it has never been used, then say it has 'rarely been used'.

If you don't accept the return request the buyer will likely end up with a full refund and the item.
You may need to accept and arrange the return of your item, and then check it over and report the buyer if necessary.
What's the item and value?

Unfortunately, Ebay will never see the item. They don't have any process for reviewing your evidence and they will accept the buyer's word regarding any issues with the item sold.
All the details are here:

This is the key part:
If a buyer received the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or it doesn't match the listing description, the purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, they can return it to you, even if your return policy states that you don't accept returns.
If you don't respond to the return request, we may refund the buyer and seek reimbursement from you, without requiring the buyer to send the item back.

Just to be clear, you are not communicating with ebay on these boards.
