I have been trying to resolve an urgent issue with a missing €171 payout for over a month now, and I am getting absolutely nowhere. eBay stated I should have received the payment within two days of it being sent, yet I have not received anything.
I have triple, even quadruple-checked my bank details, verified my account multiple times, and confirmed with my bank that no such transaction has arrived. Everything is correct on my end, but there is still no sign of the payout.
I have tried calling eBay, but I only get an automated system that sends me back to the website. On the site, I’m stuck with an AI that just tells me to call again. No matter what I do, I’m stuck in an endless loop of automated responses with no way to reach a real person.
This is a significant amount of money, and I need an actual human to physically look into this issue, not another automated message telling me to check things I’ve already checked. I need real support, and I need it now.
Can someone escalate this immediately or direct me to a real representative who can actually investigate what happened to my money?
