 • Order Date: 23 October2024

 

 

As of today, I have not received the item, even though the estimated delivery date has passed. I have also tried tracking the order, but it remains unresolved.

 

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue. Please provide an update on the status of my order or initiate a refund if the item cannot be delivered promptly.

Sorry, but you are too late to do anything through eBay who only allow 30 days from delivery date given on the order confirmation to open a 'Not received ' case ... you now need to speak to your Bank/Card issuer for advice on how to make a claim.
