Hi,
I purchased an item through eBay on 13th October, and this is my first time making a purchase on the platform. I am having difficulty contacting eBay customer service, which is unusual for me as I can normally reach customer service easily on other websites.
I am unsure if the seller has shipped the shoes I ordered, and I do not know the current status or location of my purchase. Additionally, when I placed the order, I selected size 8.5, but I recently discovered that the order shows size 6.5. This seems to be a mistake, and I am concerned that something went wrong with the order.
I also tried reaching out to the seller, but I have not received any response. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

You do not need to contact Customer Services for this.
It doesn't matter when you ordered the item, but it does matter if a reasonable time has passed the last estimated date for delivery , has it? Then, proceed this way:
Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
If you do receive them and they are not as described as shown in the listing you open a case of item not as described.
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Again, never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

If the item does not arrive or if it is incorrect you will be able to get your money back via ebay. You would need to open a relevant case within 30 days of estimated or actual delivery date. And escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
