Hoping for help - tried Customer Services, but they can't help.
I have had a few problems using the tool, in fairness, a lot is down to user error, haven't used the template for ages .. anyways ...
I am now stuck with fault reports across all items, on specifying the return policy as below ..

However, I am using the provided drop-down selection - presumably pulling from my business policies as below:

In my Business policy, returns show as follows :

I have tried copying the text from above and placing it into the upload template, but that has not worked
Please can anyone advise
