Upgraded to Business Account

I upgraded to a business seller as i was told by help that it was the only way to unlock multi buy discounts.

However you need a business account and then a paid subscription for multi buy so it was pointless to change to business seller. I now find out that worse I am stuck as a business seller as i cannot revert back.

My only option is to create a new account and lose all the feedback i have.

Is this really the case, if so it unbelievable that eBay have trapped me in this situation.

If you are buying, making, or growing things to sell, then you need an ebay business account. 

If you are not, then you can open a new private account to get rid of your unwanted personal possessions.

You have only been 'trapped' if you were/are the latter.
