As a reseller on eBay, if I have a three-delivery service policy but a customer has instructed me to send their item on the 12th of February instead, how do I avoid being penalized by eBay? I have the buyer's confirmation via the eBay message section. Where can I update the estimated handling time or adjust the delivery date?
Thank you for responding to my post. Just for correction and clarity, I am a private seller with a limited number of items for sale. The buyer has already confirmed in writing via eBay messaging that they prefer me to dispatch their item on 12th February 2025, as they will be away on holiday for the next two weeks. Additionally, they mentioned that they won’t be able to repurchase the item while they are away.
