Unused label

Hi can anyone help.  I sold an item while I was away and returned and bought a label for it.

i can’t find it anywhere I will have to cancel the order as searched high and low.  It will probably turn up but I dont know when.  

my question is what happens with the label with it being unused will I be refunded for it automatically?

On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label".

The cost of the unused SD label on the listing will automatically be refunded to the buyer in 30 days.
