Unsent items

I purchased two items and didn't receive any confirmation from ebay and the sellers don't know anything about my order but the money for the items was taken from my account and have a screen shot of the money going out to ebay.How can this be resolved any help would be appreciated

Then you must have bought as a guest, which would explain why the seller knows nothing about any purchase by di_34872.

A Guest purchase perhaps when not completely signed in will not show in your eBay summary --- >
