Ive been advised by ebay that a headtorch I purchased is unsafe and to contact the seller to reach a resolution, however the item doesnt appear in my purchase history oddly. How can I proceed
If it's been more than 30 days since delivery it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. If you used your credit or debit card and it's been more than 120 days it's also too late. If not give your CC or bank a ring and see if they can help.
