Unable to send messages

I am trying to send a message to a buyer about a refund due to him but system seems not to be working.

Others too,  from time to time find issues sending messages.

Unless you've hit your limit for sending messages for the day,  it may be the device or browser you are using.

If using the ap or mobile browser switch if you can to a laptop / PC . Helps sometimes too,  to log off completely, log back on clear cache and cookies.  Try Chrome too, that works well with eBay,  and try from there.

Thank you for your response - which may or may not have been a solution.

Yesterday the relevant gremlin had gone to irritate someone else and the messaging system was working again (usiing my PC and both Edge and Firefox - and aslo KIndle @ Silk!).
