Unresponsive seller

Bought an item from a local seller,  paid and have tried on several occasions to collect. Seller is completely unresponsive. Been a week now. Have asked ebay to cancel the order but not heard anything. Feeling frustrated tbh

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
