Unpaid fees

Hi

I got an email about unpaid fees from an eBay account I have not used in years.

I tried to change the mobile number linked to this account as I no longer gave access to the original mobile number but all that happens is that I go back to a page that asks me to log in which I can’t because it wants me to pass security measures via a mob number I gave t had in over three years.

Apparently all the previous emails linked to this EBAY account were going straight into SPAM and being deleted, I only got this email because I was  tinkering with my account parameters and a *bleep* load of emails appeared out NOWHERE like a data apocalypse.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do, the email I got was quite aggressive, I don’t even know what the fees are for, I have sold anything on eBay since pre-COVID.

Thank you for any help/advice.

Unpaid fees

You will need to contact eBay Customer Services for them to confirm these are reminders from then to pay, some spam emails look very real.  If they are reminders from eBay,  CS will explain what these were for,  you do have to pay these asap,  as eBay do use Debt Collectors to retrieve unpaid fees.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS early in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
