Unfortunately, this seller won't send to your location message

My buyer is getting this message today when he won the bid - "Unfortunately, this seller won't send to your location"

I have checked my postage areas "UK only" and even thought another item I sold today has gone through fine he still gets this message? Doing eBay ahem glitch and how can I rectify this - I don't want to lose the sale!

Is there anything unusual about the buyer's address, eg. more remote part of Scotland?   You could try putting their ID on your exemption list, see if that lifts any blocks:

Im in Glasgow and they are in London.

I have also added their ID to my exemption list but that didn't work!

Very frustrating as they have great feedback and are a legit buyer.

I have read this has been an eBay glitch in the past.
