I have a person from Hungary wanting to purchase several oak logs from me.  The total weight will be about 10kg.  When he tries to check out it says 'Unfortunately, this seller won't post to your location. Please update your delivery address and try again'. 

I've checked my listings and they are all enabled for International postage via ebay's Global Shipping Program. Hungary is one of the eligible countries and the items are under 30kg and not prohibited so I cannot understand the reason why it won't work.

Does anyone know?

To export wood and timber but you must meet both UK export requirements and Hungary's (EU) import requirements and hold the relevant certificates.
