Hi, I have someone who wants to buy two job lot bundles from me. I am based in the UK and only ship to the UK, when they go to complete the transaction they get the error message: Unfortunately the sender won't send this item to the United Kingdom. I have sold over 100 items in the last 30 days and all shipped in the UK. I have tried sending them an offer, and when they accept and go to complete the transaction, they get the error. The same happens if they send me an offer and I accept. I have no restrictions or exclusions on any shipping policies. Any ideas?
The buyer has confirmed they are in an area with no restrictions. Ebay seems to be letting orders through for the couriers even in areas they do not cover recently or charging the seller the additional fees for harder to reach areas. But confirmed this isn't the issue in this instance.
