Unfair Policy keeps my 14 year old account permanently below standard. It is making me very angry to be held responsible for the arrivals of my parcels by the postal services. I can ever be in charge of the dispatcher end of things yet my account is kept at below standard on account of this ridiculous and unfair policy against me. I have never know a more hostile community and platform than ebay has become.

looking at your feedback profile - you have numerous unhappy customers because of the quality of the plants you are selling, that's the cause of your problems.

 

Now you have been flagged up by eBay it would be very wise to look at your private seller registration.

The screenshot shows that your buyers have opened cases which have closed 'without seller resolution'.

This does have a negative effect on your account.  When a buyer opens a case, because their item has not arrived or because it is not as described and they want a return, you have to deal with it.

Every time Ebay has to step in and resolve a case, this puts a defect on your account which lasts a year.  You need to resolve cases promptly yourself.

I always resolve promptly myself. In the event of a perspn returning an
item I wait for an item to be returned which in those cases you mention
is never returned! so I presume they will close with no event attached
to them but they don't

Do you issue returns labels for not as described cases?

If not and you don't refund 1st, allowing ebay to step in, you will get defects. 

For SNAD cases, You either issue returns label and refund on return or just refund without return.
