Unexpected charges on my ebay account

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed a charge of £3.18 on my eBay account this month and a similar charge of around £1.55 last month. I’m not sure what these charges are for, as I haven’t listed any new items or made any purchases that would explain them.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to check the exact reason for these charges? I’ve looked through my account and invoice details but can’t seem to find a clear explanation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

With no access to your account it's impossible to tell.

This will show you a breakdown of all your transactions and any fees / promotions added , paid.

If that doesn't clear up the issue contact eBay Customer Services, they do have access to your account and can explain any charges for you.  Their lines open at 8 a.m. to day.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
