Undo account deletion. 60 days. Yet you can’t?

So I requested to delete another eBay account. I have something in there I purchased a while ago I forgot about for £110. It’s not yet shipped and so I want to re-open my account. However, I cannot get any help. I have evidence it’s my account, such as username, email. I can’t remember password, but I can prove it’s mine as I have the email access. I also obviously know all the perineal details. My main problem is, I’ve been told to say I was hacked by a team member. Then then said to schedule a call back. Though, when doing this I don’t get the option. In 60 days I’ll lose evidence I made the purchase. I’ll lose the £110. Partly my fault, but if they are going to advertise that I can re-open it, why not allow me to re-open it. I think I need a call back, but I can’t get one.

Have you followed the system - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/changing-account-settings/closing-account?id=4199&st=3&pos=1&que...

Surely you must have some idea of password?

Undo account deletion. 60 days. Yet you can’t?

Hi, I’ve tried this there’s no option on undoing deletion there. It discusses process of deletion. In the email I have it mentions I have 60 days. I can’t remember the password as I changed it to delete. Basically since I hadn’t needed to use my password in a while I forgot that one and so changed it so something quick just to go through the deletion process. Either way, the issue isn’t with the password. It’s contacting eBay to ask them to stop deletion. I’ve spoke to an agent on this account, followed the process and it always says live chat unavailable. Then loops back through the same thing. I’d change the password, but again, I suppose since my account has a deletion request, it doesn’t register as an account in which I can change the password.
