Underpaid

I sold an item for £29.60 after fees (confirming this by looking at the order breakdown) when it came to recieving my funds, I'd only received £18, I'm confused as to why I was underpaid as the £29.60 was already after ad fees, and there was no service fees, I owe no money to anything, so I'm confused why eBay has under paid me just over £10, could anyone help with this?
