Underpaid postage

I received a message from eBay saying I have a underpaid postage to pay from November sale. Yet I already paid it in November. Anyone knows why ebay asked me to pay again ?

Many thanks

If it was underpaid then it sounds as if you did not buy the correct postage for the item.

If you bought through packlink ( ebay postage) then it does happen sometimes.

I would not buy use packlink.

I buy either RM or a courier from their online site.

You could try and fight it. I did on the one time I received the message and got the charge cancelled.

Underpaid postage

Update:

Packlink customer service got back to me today saying the weight  of my parcel exceeds the limit of 1 kg (via Evri) yet the dimensions are within the limits.

I originally paid £2.94 for a book I sold  and was not thinking that 1.025kg will be making much difference yet I have to pay £3.18 underpaid postage .

It was my fault therfore I have to be careful when I purchase a postage label in the future.

When calculating weight, packaging must be taken into account, as that can tip the balance into  the next cost band.  Always best in my opinion to work out cost, rather than leave to robot.
