Morning, having sold a pair of leggings on here for £9.00 and £2.94 postage , after fees I should have received £10.44 which is clearly stated on the eBay breakdown of fees. However I have received £2.47 !!
I have not purchased anything on eBay so none of the balance is used for that. It clearly says funds available £2.47.
can anyone shed any light on why it’s that amount and not the £10.44 please.
many thanks

Are you by chance listing items for under a 5 day duration? This is a listing upgrade and will cost a non refundable listing fee of 35p. This is charged the second the item goes live, and payable sale or no sale.
Add any of the following optional listing upgrades, and they all come with a non refundable listing fee.
This is payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 catagories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 5 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.
If there is a fee amount listed there, you have selected an upgrade, and if you wish, it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

If you had them on ' Promoted' they all come with a non refundable listing fee when the item is sold. Each itm sold would have a listing / ad fee added , to pay.
If you do not want the remainder of your items to be charged this listing fee, end the promotion by ticking the little box left of the item in Active selling >> Edit Promotion.

That's the breakdown for that particular transaction. Elsewhere in your account you can find a breakdown of the available funds.
