Unaware of selling item on account

Hi can you please check my account, I’m unaware of the charges of an item which went on sale on my account . 
I received a email with regards to item being removed of my account also charges which I’m fully unaware I don’t have these items. Someone has been using my account ive been away out of the country for the last 6months
