Unable to withdraw Money from eBay Wallet

Hi,

I am new to eBay and I recently sold 2 products on ebay those were delivered on 4rth august or before.

I see some balance in eBay wallet like for e.g. 11 GBP but when I click on withdraw I see my bank account number and button at bottom is disabled !

When will this button be enabled to deposit the money in Bank Account?? Is there any number of eBay customer care UK to talk with them regarding this issue?

Have you registered with eBay's Managed Payments correctly? 

 That is, you need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.  Has this been completed?

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.
