Unable to use Prepaid Label to ship product to buyer

Hi all, I've got a bit of a problem - I shipped a product to a buyer who has confirmed it was received and sent the payment through. However, due to a dispute at the Post Office regarding packaging I had to purchase another label through the office to ship the product. This means that the prepaid label was unused. Is there any way that I can resolve this issue and mark the item down as fully delivered, in order to process the payment?

Unable to use Prepaid Label to ship product to buyer

Two things firstly getting refund on old label (assuming you purchased via ebay)

How to cancel a postage label

Labels purchased on the eBay labels platform need to be used within 14 calendar days. If unused, make sure to void the label within 14 calendar days to get a refund.

Here's how to void a postage label in My eBay or Seller Hub:

  1. Select Selling in My eBay, or select Orders on the Seller Hub Overview page.
  2. Select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.
  3. Select Actions next to the label you'd like to void, and select Void Label.

Secondly goto the item in question (easier on desk top) goto the tracking part and update with the new number you had from PO and that should kick in overnight and update accordingly, which in turn should release your funds sooner.
