Unable to set up payout details

Hi! I made two listing and now as I was prompted to set up my payout details as first time seller, seems I am unable to. When I click on the button Set up payouts 

Takes me to onboardexpweb.ebay.co.uk
And there it says that can't reach it and to check for a typo

Tried with Edge, Chrome and Opera... with every browser it is the same. Not sure what to do, please advise.
