Contact eBay Customer Services see if they can correct the missing fields for you, I would also then use Google maps to see if those details are correct. If not, I would cancel the item citing Problem with Buyer's Address.
This refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected. I would send the buyer a message to explain the situation and why you need to cancel the order.
