I am required to buy a smartphone or printer for this to work. It means in practice that I have to forward eBay's QR code or label to a friend who has a printer, then collect it from him before I can post the item.
I think I've had enough of eBay now. I tolerated their scheme of earning interst on my funds by witholding payments in their account, but now they are making us work very hard to boost their profits.
