I am in Poland and need to return a defective item back to the United States. Order date:May 06, 2025, Order number:09-13047-80640. The seller is not helping me with a pre-paid return postage. I otherwise do not know how else to return the item. Customer service will not call me to my phone in POLAND, a +48 telephone number. I would appreciate a call, but believe it will not occur. There is no on-line assistant to assist me. Is there an e-mail I may address to get assistance on this return. The seller is procrastinating/stalling and it is now the end of the 10th of July, when I was told by EBAY I may get assistance. Will someone please help me?
