Two items sold to the same buyer, need to cancel one postage so the buyer gets refund

I sold two items to the same seller. I need to cancel one of the postage labels so the buyer can get a refund assisted both items in one parcel. How do I do this?

This looks like a Simple Delivery transaction,  so the buyer who paid for the postage,  will receive the refund automatically.  You do not need to action anything.

You may wish to send them a message explaining this,  and that it will also take 30 days to process.
