Trying to sell something in UK to buyer in Ireland (EU) - buyer unable to select correct postage opt

Ebay say it is an IT glitch - keep reporting it - no one from ebay comes back and I think I will lose my buyer.

When I review listing it shows as global shipping on by buyer is not able to use option and get's message saying 'unfotunately buyer does not ship to Ireland'

I checked your listing and although they say Global with £14.55 P&P when i go to the actual listing it tells me to contact the seller for P&P for Eire.

First listing is 186841495126, this listing was initially set up to only post to uk and when a buyer from Ireland wanted to buy it the item was revised- with eBay’s assistance on the phone.

It was then suggested I create a new listing detailing shipping to Ireland - this listing is 187182837123.

So far I have lost about 5 hours and spoken to 5 eBay representatives…..

Yup and I have no idea what to do....and nor does Ebay - I am meant to be using there global solution

Finally issue resolved - so simple , logical and as the seller completely out of my hands.........
