Trying to accept an offer which is being automatically declined

Hi. I am an inexperienced seller, trying to accept an offer ( thru message ) but the buyer says her offer is being declined. But i want to accept it!

Sounds like you have auto decline under a certain amount on your listing.   Not sure if you can revise it after you've had offers but have a go.   Click on Revise Listing, top left of the listing.

You can also try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:
