Tracking

I use PO for tracking and postage for my sold items.  Especially with the new rules.

However, I find the PO is not updating any of the items I have posted - even though I have had feedback from the buyer.  I spoke to the PO I use and got an "I have no idea" response.  Meanwhile I have not been paid  for three items.  Anyone else had this problem?

Many are suffering the same issue with the ebay site not updating along with ebay's postal partners, and this is a site issue that the ebay tech team are trying to fix

 

If the RM website is showing items delivered you can coantact ebay customer services, and they will release the payments if you provide the tracking info for them to view. eBay Customer Service

Tracking

Post office is just where you hand over the counter, from that point on delivery is dealt with by Royal Mail. Delivery and tracking is nothing to do with the Post Office.

 

You should complain to your local RM delivery office.
