Good evening
I have just received a case of 'item not received' from a buyer.
I used RM tracked 48hr delivery.
The item is showing as delivered, but they are obviously claiming it has not been.
The delivery image from RM is quite blurry, and looks like a footpath. Not sure if this is relevant though.
Not sure what to do. Any help much appreciated.

eBay will usually go by the tracking and find in your favour. Ask the buyer to check with their neighbours in case they have it.

Thank you for your reply. I will do that.
They seem pretty angry though, so the instinct is to just refund them. I will wait a while though and see what transpires. I just don't want the abuse.

You can ignore the abuse and don't need to reply to it.
If they leave negative feebback saying undelivered you can ask ebay to remove it as, according to tracking, it was delivered.
