Here is a screenshot. Item, my first, listed successfully. But now I get this error message. I nor customer care has no idea. Country is UK. Item listed is around £100. I've checked payment details and address. All are UK. Seems no conflict in this regard. Tried browsers, different phones and devices, cleared cache and reinstalled app etc.
