Tracking reference change

I posted an item this morning and tried to upload the Royal Mail tracking reference on eBay but eBay has already generated a tracking reference through simple delivery and added that. I didn’t use the simple delivery, does anyone know how to change the tracking reference? It’s not going to show as delivered if I can’t change it. Thanks.

You can't change it so you will have to wait for the payment as per the untracked postage time frame.
