Tracking number

If I have sold a item and gone with the Royal Mail label provided, marked the listing as posted then when I've got to the post office I've changed to dpd how can I change the tracking details once it's been marked posted as eBay won't release the money thanks

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.   If not contact ebay and account ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:

The main thing is that it's showing as dispatched which it will be after issuing the first label.   If the tracking doesn't update after that the payment will be released anyway after 14 days.   

But as a new seller the payment may be on hold for up to 30 days.   That's nothing to do with the tracking.
