Tracking number

Hi iv recently sold and item till a buyer , the buyer has received the item but the tracking number hasn’t updated on eBay but can be seen on the Royal Mail website itself that it’s been delivered, any help on how I can update eBay tracking ?

Tracking is not updating on ebay due to a site issue which ebay are aware of.

If the tracking shows as delivered online then contact ebay and they can release payments for you,
