Tracking number doesn’t exist

Hello I have done an order from a seller here am I have a mail which tell me that mine order has been sent and a “Track your package” link, but when I click on the link says that this tracking number doesn’t exist and the item number doesn’t exist too! Where can I find where is my package???

The seller may have used Royal Mail's basic delivery confirmation service which does not show as tracking and is only confirmed after the item has been delivered.

As it was GSP item, tracking in sellers country will be to their country's centre.

Different tracking number will be used in Greece.

Seller is using Global Shipping, all seller needs to be protected is proof of delivery to the Global Hub, from that point, Global ship to you and are responsible for delivery.

You say item number does not exist, are you looking in SOLD ITEMS, as it will not exist as a LIVE LISTING.

As far as I can see while there is a link to track, there does not seem to be a tracking number quoted.

Item sold on 12 December, you only joined ebay on 16 December, 

So I assume you bought as a guest.

Postage from UK to Greece is going to take several weeks as it is Christmas.
