Tom Ford Brand New parfum removed for counterfeit policy

Hi, my brand new Tom Ford parfum selling item has been removed due to counterfeit, even though  its sealed with correct images to show authenticity. I also have a receipt and looked at other listings to ensure mine was similar. 

Any help on why this might be would be gratefully appreciated

It will have been removed because the brand owner reported it as counterfeit. Other users can't report this, quote: "Only intellectual property rights owners can report eBay listings that infringe on their copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights".

Thanks for your reply. I have seen other items like mine on ebay so I am wondering how they would have not been removed?

Either because Brand Ownervdid not report or they were authorised sellers.
