As you posted it on Saturday, I presume that eBay had notified you last week that the buyer had paid?
If so, it's not a matter of will you be paid, but when will eBay release your payment to you.
Unless of course the buyer's payment has bounced, in which case I'm not sure what happens!
In your position, if this was a cheap item I'd wait and see. But if it had any value I would leave it to the morning and then pore over eBay's user agreement and seller protection policy to see whether anything covers this. Then contact eBay customer support.
