Ticket Help Centre doesn't recognise any parcel tracking number

Hi, I've tried a few times to get some help about parcel tracking since we've moved over to Simple Delivery and each time I add the tracking number it says it's incorrect. I've tried several different numbers and each time it says the same thing. I've doubled checked that the number is correct. I've used the link from the emails you receive when you run out the label but it never works. So if a parcel goes missing or is delayed there's no way of contacting anyone about this.  Is that correct?

The thing about Simple Delivery is that you don't need to add the tracking number.   You use the label supplied via ebay and the tracking is automatically added.   So which number are you trying to add?

Ticket Help Centre doesn't recognise any parcel tracking number

Hi, when you click on the "contact ebay" link on the email, the email called "The postal label is ready" , it takes you to a page called "Easy Ticket Help Centre". There are lots of boxes to click to help you with your labels. If you click on one it asks for your email connected with your account and the tracking number of the parcel you've sent. When you add that tracking number it says it doesn't recognise it.  It gives suggestions for Evri, Royal Mail etc, but the number you add never works. I've tried it with more than one tracking number and they never work. Even on a parcel that has been successfully delivered. My concern is if there is an issue with a parcel how can you contact ebay about it to chase up the courier etc.
