Hi, when you click on the "contact ebay" link on the email, the email called "The postal label is ready" , it takes you to a page called "Easy Ticket Help Centre". There are lots of boxes to click to help you with your labels. If you click on one it asks for your email connected with your account and the tracking number of the parcel you've sent. When you add that tracking number it says it doesn't recognise it. It gives suggestions for Evri, Royal Mail etc, but the number you add never works. I've tried it with more than one tracking number and they never work. Even on a parcel that has been successfully delivered. My concern is if there is an issue with a parcel how can you contact ebay about it to chase up the courier etc.
