System does not allow a copy of complaint to be retained by complainant, ebay then looses complaint.

Already complain that seller has not sent postage paid returns label

"Hello, have you got my last msg? We could send you a refund if the feedback is revised.Please let me know if you are happy with this solution. Then I will send you a feedback revise request.Let us resolve this small problem friendly. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks."

We have complained twice now.  Ist time 29thNov25.  Ebay told me I would not have to do anything further as he would monitor the return and if no label was sent they would action refund.

You are wasting buyers time allowing disreputable sellers to hawk their sub-standard goods on ebay. For low value items they know that to complaining to ebay is difficult, time consuming and therefore most complainants give up during the complaints procedure. THIS IS THE SECOND Written Complaint  SENT TO EBAY.

Forget contacting CS for the moment and concentrate on receiving your refund.

 

Have you opened the relevant return case?  If not do so now.  If the seller does not send you a fully tracked postage label, or does not refund within 3 days,  then on day 4 escalate the case ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

 

Is this a Chinese seller?  It's a common ploy to ask / demand a feedback to be revised in return for a refund.  Do not heed to this,  ignore that plea and do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may make,  do not forget to escalate.

 

Unfortunately, it's a known fact that Chinese sellers do bombard buyers with messages to change feedback, just ignore them all, do not reply.
