The sellr doesn't accept my cancelation

I sent cancelation for Toyota Differential 3&4 tread overlocker model No: L252241, but the seller has rejected it. I found newer model on better price and I don't want to pay for this.

Private sellers co not have to accept cancellations, but after 4 days with no payment can cancel for Non Payment and you get an Unpaid Strike.

if the seller has refused your cancellation that should be the end of it as there's no option for a seller to cancel at a later date.
