The seller says that the parcel has been delivered to my collection point but no collection note was

The seller has said to me that the item I bought from him was to delivered to my chosen collection point, but I've had no collection note from eBay, the courier was called VDTrack and I have contacted them to say can they give me proof that it was delivered but they can't, 

I've contacted the seller to let him know this but he just keeps saying I will chase it up and nothing is happening

So what should I do now?

Contact eBay Customer Services,  they should have that all important collection code,  if your item has been delivered to your collection point.
