Hi. I recently bought an item and the seller contacted me and told me they're having problems with the address I provided. They informed me that the address I provided is not valid but it's the one I've used since I opened my eBay account. I successfully purchased items and they've been delivered using the same address. How can this be sorted out?
Have you asked them where the problem lies with the address?
