Refunds

Hello, I have a problem with a buyer, he decided to return it, he told me that there was no picture on the monitor, I replied, how come there is no picture on the monitor? I have evidence that my product works perfectly, before I sent it, it worked, I asked the seller, can you tell me what power supply you use to power the RTX 3080TI video card, the seller did not answer me, after 2 days he answered me again and said that it does not work, so I suspect that the buyer is doing something wrong to try another video card when he wants to return it.

Refunds

Are they within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery?  If they are and they open a case of item not as described,  you will have to accept the case and refund,  as cases are all automated,  no human contact.

Afterwards you can appeal the decision, if you think the refund was unfairly granted, the link below explains the process.

I won't admit it's easy,  eBay do not see the item and do tend to side with the buyer.  However,  you never know the  buyer may have a history of doing this, or making too many returns and refunds,  eBay have full access to their account,  and if this is flagged up,  it will go in your favour.
