The customer organised collection

A customer organised collection for packages to be shipped abroad, they have received the items and are happy. 

id like to get rid of the notification on my selling list.

Just to be clear,  these were items listed originally with a postage price,  but the buyer has now collected the items?

If this is the case,  there will be no collection code for you to scan to prove the items were collected. 

Obviously no tracking number now,  as the items were not posted, so with no proof of delivery ( collection),   feedback doesn't count for items over the value of £25,  you will then need to wait 14 days before those payouts are released.

You will not be able to mark these items as dispatched / collected.
