The Great eBay Swindle?

I'm currently having trouble with the pre-paid labels, as I can't use them due to lack of technology and nous, so use traditional post office instead.

Have noticed on my payment page that first I can't acknowledge that I've posted an item and secondly that because customers are using Pre-Paid labels that I'm not recieving my postage money back. On a 99p DVD I've actually making a loss of £1.71 per DVD.

Anybody else had this problem?

The buyers have paid ebay for the postage.   If those labels are not used they will get the money refunded.   However, you have paid for the new postage out of your own pocket and you cannot get that back.

You will have to contact ebay to get the new tracking numbers onto ebay so the items show as dispatched.  You can use callback on here:
