I have had 2 buyers from Thailand bidding on a band T shirt which has now sold for much more than it is worth. I started bidding at £4 and hope to get £15-25 , but these 2 both went above £120!! Both have ebay profiles that are a bit thin. It just feels wrong and I am not sure what to do - I had other bidders making more reasonable offers. I am using GSP. I am worrying needlessly?

Do a search on ebay and see how many of the same T shirts are available for sale overseas to Thailand. If there are lots around I'd be puzzled but people can get caught up in bidding wars so it's necessarily anything to worry about. Obviously if they don't pay issue a non-payment cancellastion after 4 daays and put them on your blocked bidder list.

It could be worth more than you think, I'd wait and see if they pay.
Your 27 feedback winning bidder bids on lots of concert memorabilia.
Your bidder with 585 feedback bid £114 and bids on lots of t-shirts.
Your 1599 feedback bidder also bids on the same kind of stuff.

Thank you. It just seemed odd that Ive sold a few shirts recently , and yes , all gone for bit more than I expected , but these 2 both in Thailand are so over the top...but guess could be genuine

Thank you. I accept its not a market I know well ,vinyl/CD more my area , but these 2 just so much higher than other bids and both being from Thailand , just seemed odd. Thanks for advice

I do agree that it seems odd, but on the face of it the bidders do seem to all have some provenance there.
